Personal Training can be done one-on-one, in pairs or in small group sessions. We also offer Seniors Classes and Bootcamp training.

Reformer, matwork and clinical Pilates available for private individual sessions, semi-private classes and Mums'n'Bubs group class.

Psychological Sessions for individuals wishing to improve their mental performance, and group sessions for teams or coaching staff.

COvid-19 safe 

The team at RPT are so happy to see the clients back in the gym and studio. We are taking the right steps to keep our gym and studio COVID safe. What are we doing to ensure this:

  • Cleaning all equipment after each client

  • Ensuring physical distancing

  • Keeping the number of clients in the gym at one time at a minimum

  • Hand sanitizer available

  • All staff have completed the ‘Infection Control Training – COVID 19’

  • We encourage all clients to bring their own water bottle and towel

  • If any client wishes to wear a mask or gloves they are asked to bring their own
