
Jeremy Wallace - Managing Partner & Performance Coach
Jeremy started Rhythm Personal Training over 10 years ago with a vision to help people from all walks of life to improve themselves. He developed a no-limits approach to personal training, trying to create a place and method to adapt to the individual needs of his clients. While being lucky enough to work closely with experienced health professionals along the way, Jeremy has built an excellent knowledge and client base.
"Just over 3 years ago I started working alongside Paul Ringland and quickly realised we shared a similar mindset on where we want the business to head, with its main focus being Rehab, Performance and Training for all walks of life. It was then that RPT Orange was born."
With a personal interest in both Athletics and Rugby, Jeremy currently coaches a large junior athletics squad. Recently, many of these juniors have attained achievements including National and State medals and numerous regional records. Jeremy has also been the strength and conditioning coach for Emus Rugby Club for the past 3 years, helping them to 3 straight grand final appearances and back to back 1st grade premierships.

Paul Ringland - Managing Partner
Accredited Exercise Physiologist/Accredited Exercise Scientist
As the senior practitioner, Paul has a broad clinical experience with a particular focus on musculoskeletal conditions. He has extensive experience with pre & post-surgery, NDIS, DVA, workers compensation, occupational rehab, pre-employment medicals, manual handling training and occupational wellness programs.
Paul also has a passion for sport, holding a Masters in coaching as well as experience in sport rehab, strength & conditioning, and coaching.
"My passion is helping people achieving their goals, so I have my dream job as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist as well as holding numerous coaching positions."

Katie Wallace - Registered Psychologist
Katie is a Registered Psychologist with a special interest in Sport and Performance Psychology.
Katie provides Psychological Sessions for individuals wishing to improve their mental performance whether it be for competition or overcoming barriers to success.
Group sessions for teams or coaching staff are also available to help improve the ethos and outcomes for teams and coaches.
Clients are encouraged to call and discuss the suitability of the sessions with Katie, prior to booking. All sport and performance psychology sessions are conducted with us at RPT Health Group.

Emma Fisher - Diploma in Clinical Pilates & Cert IV Pilates
Emma has always had a love for movement and that has grown to a love of getting people moving. After studying full-time classical ballet at Angus & Lucinda's Acadamie de Danse in Bowral, NSW, Emma then moved to Bordeaux, France. There she danced professionally with the Jeune Ballet d'Aquitaine. Since moving home to Orange Emma has studied through Breathe Education to complete her Cert IV in Pilates and Diploma in Clinical Pilates.
Emma predominantly teaches pilates but is currently expanding her knowledge with the gym. She teaches a wide variety of clients and loves to help get people moving.
Emma is currently studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at Charles Sturt University.

Fletcher Wright- Cert III in Fitness and Health
Fletcher's interest and love of rugby began at St Stanislaus College. A talent in the sport lead to playing rugby for the NSW team in the Australian Championship. This lead Fletcher to become involved in a high level of testing and coaching as well as making the decision to leave Bathurst to attend Tauranga Boys College in New Zealand. Fletcher started training full time, playing rugby as well as studying full-time to finish his schooling. After returning home to sort out a medical issue, Fletcher began his rehabilitation with the RPT team, training 5 times a week for 10 months. He decided to start studying a Cert III in Fitness and Health and has been working and learning with the RPT team since February 2020.
Fletcher's love of fitness and health has grown with this own experience. He has since returned to the rugby field playing for Emu's Rugby Club.
Tina Ringland and Louise Worboys - Office Managers
Louise has an extensive career in administration working within the finance sector and in private practices. Louise has been with the RPT team since 2019?. Louise brings extensive knowledge in administration and office management to the team.
Tina is a qualified primary school teacher who taught with schools in Sydney. She has worked behind the scenes of RPT for many years and has recently made the move to assist Louise within the office.
