PERSONAL TRAINING

Our main service at RPT Health Group is Personal Training. We are qualified to assist in a variety of health and fitness journeys, from weight loss and general well-being to athletic development and performance. We take pride in delivering individualised programs to suit your needs, rather than a "one size fits all" approach. 

 

We have two main gym facilities that we work from, both of which are custom made and purpose built to achieve client results. We have access to large outdoor spaces and options to suit your needs. We are able to cater for a diverse client base, including individuals both young and old; those with cardiovascular and neuromuscular-based chronic conditions; and those who are working towards elite performance and fitness goals.

Personal Training can be done one-on-one, in pairs or in small group sessions. We also offer Seniors Classes and Bootcamp training for a more group-based setting.
